To ensure a seemless integration of our
services into your event, we customize our packages to suit your needs. When calling
or writing our office, please indicate the following:
- Date
- Time Services are required
- Location (City, State)
- Type of Event
- Number of Participants and their ages
- Type of service required
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the
total, a signed Agreement and are done on a first-come, first served basis. Deposits are
payable by personal or company check, Visa, Mastercard, money orders or bank certified
checks. Final payments are due on or before the day of the event and are payable by
certifiable funds: cash, money order or bank certified checks (with the exception of
corporate clients). Clients wishing to pay their final balances by Visa or
Mastercard must do so at least two (2) business days prior to their event date. In
the event of rain, customers are advised to have a rain contingency plan, with the
exception of pony parties and bounce house rentals. Deposits are non-refundable for
customer initiated cancellations except in the instance of local, state or national
emergencies or winter weather warnings.
